Sunbury and Macedon Ranges employ Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants at both campuses. The purpose of the Allied Health team is to support students to access the curriculum through a myriad of adjustments such as specialised equipment and Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC).

The team works collaboratively with classroom staff to provide professional development, training and consultation as well as facilitating some targeted in class programs. With their specialized knowledge the team can create specific student profiles such as communication, mealtime and transfer profiles for school if needed. These documents also assist in the application for Disability Inclusion funding.
